Blowing of OFC through HDPE duct. Where it is not feasible to blow OFC due to curves, road/track 53 crossings, bridges or for any other reason, OFC shall be drawn/laid manually as per standard procedure. All the equipments and machinery required shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. OFC shall be supplied as per the description in Schedule. Note: Blowing shall be done in presence of Railway's site in charge or his representative.
