Kabel/Neocab/Jeet/Falcon make. A copy of Test Certificate along with the invoice of authorized dealer should be submitted along with the delivery challan.

Automation of pumps provided at existing sump - The price shall cover for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Automatic Pump Control Panel for four nos Star-Delta starting pumps of 15.0 HP capacity. The panel shall be based on multiple level logic of overhead tank, underground bore/sump to maintain 50% or higher water level in overhead tank at all times subject to availability of water in underground bore/sump. The control panel shall consist of incoming MCB of suitable capacity and rating, single phasing and reverse- phasing preventer, change-over switch for reverse phasing, provision of automatic and manual selector for all 46 three phases, sequence controller for duty sequencing, level controller, micro-computerized motor protection relays with 16 x 2 character backlit LCD display. The panel shall be equipped with three nos of CTs for Red, Yellow and Blue phases with ELCT and digital display for ammeter and voltmeter. The panel shall have programmable protections and annunciation for current based protection for Single phasing, Over load, Under load (dry run), Unbalance, Locked rotor and Short circuit. The panel shall have programmable protections and annunciation for voltage based protection for High and low voltage programmable record and review, Trip event data and run duration and on counts and run duration records. The panel shall have COM port for software calibration for current and voltage and shall be supplied with six sets of double seal type of level sensors.

Digging of cable trench 450/600 mm wide and 900 mm deep in all types of soil including hard, rocky 47 etc - The price shall cover for digging of 450/600 mm wide and 900 mm deep trench in all types of soil including soft, rocky as per cable route plan and filling back the trench after laying of cables. This also includes clearing of roots of trees and bushes and other temporary obstructions on the selected route.

Digging of cable trench 100 mm wide and 200 mm deep in concrete/tar road/platform and refilling 48 to its original position - The price shall cover for digging of cable trench of size 100 x 200 mm deep in concrete/tar road/platform surface and its refilling/plastering after laying of cable in 50 mm diameter HDPE pipe of make Tijaria/Himalyan/Koncept/Poddar/Unique/Dutron/Reliance/Baba/Shivam in existing trench.

Supply and laying of RCC half round pipe, 100 mm diameter - The price shall cover for supply of half round RCC pipes of 100 mm inner diameter and 1.0 meter in length as per given description in Annexure-XX 49 of tender document. The internal surface shall have a smooth finish without any bulge or projections to avoid damage to the cable. The price shall also cover for laying of half round RCC pipes above the cables for mechanical protection on laid cables in the existing trench. After laying of RCC half round pipe, the trench shall be filled up with soil available thereby.

Supply and laying of RCC half round pipe, 150 mm diameter - The price shall cover for supply of half round RCC pipes of 150 mm inner diameter and 1.0 meter in length as per given description in Annexure-XX 50 of tender document. The internal surface shall have a smooth finish without any bulge or projections to avoid damage to the cable. The price shall also cover for laying of half round RCC pipes above the cables for mechanical protection on laid cables in the existing trench. Each length of the pipes shall be joined together properly using proper size of socket and aligned in a straight line, keeping an inclination to facilitate the draining of water.

Accessories like HDPE snap fit coupler with neoprene 'O' ring shall be part of supply to make the joints 53 water/damp proof. The strength and stiffness class of the pipe shall be SN4 and SN8 respectively. The price shall also cover for laying the DWC pipes in the ground below the tracks/road by push through method at a depth below the formation level as indicated in the drawing supplied by railway. Laying of cable in trench - The price shall cover for laying, testing and commissioning of LTUG armoured cable in existing trench/pipe and its connection at both ends. The cable shall be tested with 500 Volt 54 Megger earth tester before laying it in the trench. The cable cores shall be tested for continuity, absence of cross phasing, Insulation Resistance between conductors to earth/armour and between conductors. The results should be recorded in presence of railways' representative. A composite cable layout plan on ferro-print or computerized print duly laminated in A-4 size should be submitted by the contractor to this office as well as site in-charge after laying of cable. Cables shall be supplied by railways at site engineer's stores.

Laying of cable on wall/cover shed/existing tray with MS clamp - The price shall cover for laying, testing and commissioning of LTUG armoured cable on wall/cover shed/in existing tray and its connection at both 55 ends. The cable shall be tested with 500 Volt Megger before laying it in the tray. The cable cores shall be tested for continuity, absence of cross phasing, Insulation Resistance between conductors to earth/armour and between conductors. The results should be recorded in presence of railways' representative. A composite cable layout plan on ferro-print or computerized print duly laminated in A-4 size should be submitted by the contractor to site engineer and Divisional Office after laying of cable.

Providing cable marker - The price shall cover for supply and fixing of cable route markers on route 56 of cable at each turning point and suitable distance in straight portion as guided by the site in-charge. The cable route marker shall be casted of cast iron and fitted with 16 mm diameter M.S. rod and description as per drawing No. S - 287. After fabrication the complete marker assembly shall be hot dip galvanized to make it anti corrosive and shall be got approved from the site engineer.

Providing 'B' Class G.I. Pipe of 50 mm diameter - The price shall cover for supply and fixing of G.I. 57 pipe, 'B' class, medium grade, ISI marked, 50 mm diameter as per IS: 1239/1990 or latest for protection of cables at wall/cover shed/FOB and poles and its fixing by clamps made from 40 x 6 mm M.S. flat duly painted along with required GI nuts-bolts and washers fixed at a distance of 1.5 meter. The GI pipe shall be of Tata/Zenith/Jindal/Surya/Swastik make.

Providing uPVC pipe, 50 mm diameter - The price shall cover for supply of uPVC pipe of 50 mm 58 nominal bore diameter and working pressure of 14 kg/sq. cm along with coupling, elbow, tee etc for protection of cable. The upright cable shall be encased in uPVC pipes for mechanical protection. The pipe shall be clamped with flat MS clamp at each location on upright cable length. uPVC Pipe shall be as per ASTM-D: 1785, Sch-80 of PARIXIT/SWASTIK/ASHIRWAD/ASTRAL/DOLPHIN/POLYTECH/DUKE/FALCON make. The price shall also cover for laying the uPVC pipes in ground/road and under the track by digging open trench method. Each length of the pipes shall be joined together using proper size of uPVC coupler and properly aligned in a straight line, keeping an inclination to facilitate the draining of water.

Providing of MS pipe, 75/100 mm diameter for pre cooling points - The price shall cover for providing 'B' Class M.S. Pipe of bore diameter 75/100 mm for laying of cables. The pipes shall be fixed at site by means of G.I. Clamps fabricated for G.I. flat of suitable size.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of 5.0 meter height G.I. street light octagonal pole, single arm complete with all accessories and foundation - The price shall cover for supply, erection and commissioning of 5.0 meter height single arm, G.I. street light octagonal pole as per the below mentioned specifications. G.I. 60 Octagonal pole of 5.0 meter height, Top - 70 mm diameter, Bottom - 130 mm diameter and 3 mm thickness sheet. Base plate of minimum dimension 200 x 200 x 12 mm, foundation bolts (4 Nos with 3 Nos of nuts and washers in each), single arm bracket for mounting the light fittings, Bakelite sheet with one MCB SP, 6 Amp and 16 sq. mm stud type connector (4 Nos) inside the pole at door opening for cable connection, common templates minimum for 15 poles. Design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 12.0 meter High Mast complete with all accessories - The price shall cover for design supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 12 meter high mast suitable for 12 Nos LED flood light luminaire of 160 Watt complete with lantern carriage ring, mounting brackets, foundation bolts, templates, winch wire ropes, power tools, etc including connection required for fixing of the 62 above fixture on the high mast. The high mast of 12 meter height should be in two sections, hot dip galvanized and suitable for wind velocity as per IS: 875 (Part 3) 1987 as per latest amendments. It shall also include accessories for high mast including head frame two/three point suspension system with steel wire rope 6 mm diameter (7/19 construction), single drum winch, galvanized lantern carriage arrangement, suitable for 12 (Twelve) Nos of LED luminaries for 12 meter high mast and its control gear boxes and lightning finial. Technical Data Sheet for 12 Meter High Mast and accessories are given in Annexure-XX of tender document.

Providing PVC Junction box - The price shall cover for supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of 63 pole mounted junction of SMC model No. GS-JB 3020 (1) of SINTEX or similar make for connecting the incoming and outgoing cables and connecting wire of street lights. Junction box shall be complete with suitable connectors and fuse unit for streetlight. Complete unit shall be mounted on the pole/wall/pillar by means of suitable hardware, terminal strips, cable glands, clamps etc.

Fixing, testing and commissioning of LED fittings - The price shall cover for fixing, testing and commissioning of LED light fitting. The connection shall be carried out through ISI marked, PVC insulated, flexible 64 three-core copper wire of size 24/0.20 mm from the existing light point as per site conditions. The connection cord shall be protected by suitable size of flexible PVC conduit. LED fittings shall be supplied by railways at site engineer's stores. Supply of ISI marked, PVC insulated, flexible three-core copper wire of size 24/0.20 mm is included in the scope of work.

Providing G.I. Earth wire, 8 SWG in PVC sleeve along with cable - The price shall cover for supply and laying of soft G.I. wire of size 8 SWG covered with black coloured PVC sleeve of superior quality and laid along with PVC LTUG cable properly fixed and connecting earthing terminals of each panel.

Providing G. I. pipe earthing - The price shall cover for digging of suitable size earth pit and supply of material and erecting pipe earthing and its refilling as per Railways' drawing no. EL/111/1/116. The earthing shall generally be governed by IS-3043/1987 or latest. G.I. pipe for the earthing electrode shall be 50 mm nominal bore diameter of 'B' class (medium grade) as per IS 1239/1990 or latest of make Tata/Zenith/Jindal/Surya/Swastik with ISI marked and 3.0 m in length. Proper connecting arrangement with G.I. clamp, G.I. nuts and bolts of 12 mm size shall be provided at the top end of the earthing electrode. 6 SWG G.I. wire with PVC sleeve shall be connected between each point to be earthed and individual earthing station. The scope of work also covers 67 making a groove of suitable depth and width by cutting the existing concrete/tar road/platform surface and it's refilling/plastering as per site requirement after laying of G.I. earth wire. The G.I. earthing wire ends shall be clamped between two G.I washers of sufficient size and properly tightened with G.I. nuts and bolts of 10 mm dia. The earthing electrode pipe shall not project more than 250 mm above ground level. The end sealing G.I cap/funnel shall be provided at the top of the pipe earthing electrode. The circular earthing chamber and top cover should be pre-casted RCC as per drawing and shall be provided at the earthing electrode. Supply of earth electrode, GI wire/strip, clamps, nut-bolts, J-bolts, washers, wire mesh, sleeve, charcoal and salt as per drawing is within the scope of this item. The earth resistance shall be measured and recorded in the presence of railways' representative. This should not be more than 5 . The earth no., date of measurement and earth resistance value shall be painted on the earthing box or a permanent structure in the vicinity of the earth electrode.

Providing four-feet long, 18/20 Watt LED fitting complete with all accessory and LED tube - The price shall cover for supply of 1 x 18/20 Watt LED batten fitting. The fixture shall be of CRCA channel finished with white polyester powder coating with high UV and corrosion resistance. The fixture shall be equipped with end caps, push fit type lamp holders and mains connector to directly fix 4 feet long LED tube. The LED lamp shall 1 be of 18/20 Watt as per Western Railways' specification no. WR/CCG/Specification/P/001 (Rev. 01) - 2018. The tube shall be of polycarbonate material. The entire fixture shall be of reputed quality and make. The price shall also cover for fixing testing and commissioning of the complete fitting at site by means of bracket made from GI flat of 25 x 3 mm with nuts, bolts and washers or on heavy duty, ISI marked PVC square box as per site requirement. Connection shall be given by means of 24/0.2 mm three-core flexible copper wire through connector and heavy duty flexible PVC conduit. Removal of existing fittings along with brackets and handing over the same to the site in-charge is included in the scope of work.

Providing LED lamp, 7 Watt - The price shall cover for supply of 7 Watt LED bulb as per Western Railways' specification no. WR/CCG/Specification/P/001 (Rev. 01) - 2018. The bulb shall be equipped with B22 cap and shall be of A67 type. The bulb shall deliver 700 lumens output with CCT of 6500° K and CRI of 80. The bulb shall be of reputed quality and make.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of LED Bulkhead fitting, 10 Watt complete with all accessories - The price shall cover for supply of LED Bulkhead fitting, 10 Watt. The fixture shall be suitable for outdoors (IP-65 rating) and shall be durable and sturdy, designed to withstand dust and water. The fixture shall be equipped with polycarbonate diffuser with silicon gasket, designed for more heat resistance. The fixture shall 3 confirm to Western Railways' specification no. WR/CCG/Specification/P/001 (Rev. 01) - 2018. The fixture shall be of reputed quality and make. Providing LED street light luminary, 45 Watt ±10% complete with all accessories - The price shall cover for supply of 45 Watt (±10%) LED Street Light fitting made from pressure die-cast LM6/ADC12/LM24 housing with optimal heat sink for better thermal dissipation and toughened glass or UV stabilized polycarbonate cover with high transmission index for superior light output. The fitting shall be as per Western Railways' specification no. WR/CCG/Specification/P/001 (Rev-01)-2018 and shall be of reputed quality and make. The fitting shall be designed for IP: 65 class protection for pole/bracket mounting. The fitting shall be provided with 4 special moisture proof vent. The fitting shall be of reputed quality and make. The price shall also cover for fixing, testing and commissioning of the above street light fitting on pole/truss/roof/wall by fabrication and supply of 'B' class G.I. pipe of required length, diameter and shape and fixed with M.S. clamps made from M.S. flat of 40 x 5 mm size duly painted with nut, bolts and washers of 12 mm diameter. The connection shall be carried out through ISI marked, PVC insulated, flexible three-core copper wire of size 24/0.20 mm from the existing overhead line/catenary/junction box as per site conditions. The connection cord shall be protected by suitable size of heavy duty flexible PVC conduit. Removal of existing fittings along with pipe and clamps and handing over the same to the site in-charge is included in the scope of work.

Supply of LED street light luminary, 70 Watt ± 10% complete with all accessories - The price shall cover for supply of energy efficient LED Area light/flood light luminary 60 to 70 Watt capacity with luminous 5 efficacy of 100. The luminary shall be made from pressure die cast aluminium housing, toughened front glass cover, fitted with secondary optics, heat sink and integrated electronic driver for long life with IP: 65 protection suitable for working on 240 Volt, 50 Hz AC supply as per Western Railways' Specification No. WR/CCG/Specification/ P/001 (Rev. 01) - 2018 or latest. The fitting shall be of reputed quality and make.
