The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. For composite works, the tenderer must have completed similar works with values of at least 30%, 40%, or 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. Additionally, a subcontractor must have completed at least one similar work costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted in the last 5 years. No prior work experience is required for subletting of work costing up to Rs 50 lakh. The values and percentages of similar works completed are: 30%, 40%, 60% of the advertised value of the tender, and 35% of the value of the work to be subletted. The amounts mentioned are 30% of the advertised value, 40% of the advertised value, 60% of the advertised value, and Rs 50 lakh.
