Hiring of diesel pump capacity of 7.50 HP in ideal condition including the expenditure on diesel, labour and maintenance. Providing operator for 24 hour, outlet pipe, transportation and installation, repairs etc. (- x 4 Months=---- Quantity.)

Setting of 32 HP sludge diesel pumps (mud puns) at required locations to facilitate pumping arrangements during monsoon. The pumps are to be installed at low level areas in working condition as instructed by the engineering-in-charge at site. The rate is inclusive of contractors own 32 HP pumps, hose pipe (Discharged pipe approximate. 100 M), one operator / machine/ watchman for manning the pump round the clock, labour for 5 installation, all leads, lifts, crossing of tracks, transportation, all taxes etc. complete. Whenever there are heavy rains and rise in water levels, the pumps are to be operated and dewatering is to be carried out successfully. Only diesel for operation of the pumps shall be made available at the stores of concerned CPWI or any supervisor in charge office in suburban section based on availability by railway free of cost. The contractor has to make his own arrangement of transportation of fuel to site of working. (Quantity--- Pumps x 60 days=----) (Actual unit is per pump per day). Note:- Penalty @ Rs. 10,000/- per pump per day shall be levied for nonworking of pumps/ absence of operators or non-compliance of instructions. Replacement of worn out / broken / damaged major parts such as winch, assembly, boom and wire ropes etc. as & when required cost of material will be paid separately as per list(annexure A). NOTE:- Unit read as Each visit.

Sleeper Seat Painting on steel girder bridges with silve paint or other synthetic enamle paint with two or more costs after scrapping the surfcace with scrappers/wire brush and remove rust/dust from sleeper seat 9 surface as directed by Enginner in charge. The rate includes the loosning the sleeper fittings and tightening the same after complete the sleeper seat painting work. The above said work will be done in full traffic block/suitable caution order with contractor's own labours, materials, tools and plants etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.
