Overhauling of ceiling fan with fastening like rubber ring, suitable nut bolt with cotter pin and washer bolts - The price shall cover for complete overhauling of ceiling fan by proper 4 cleaning and replacing all accessories like cushion rubber rings, nut-bolts with cotter pins, washers etc of suitable size and there shall be no noise or deficiency in the overhauled ceiling fan. A sample of overhauled fan shall be got approved first by site supervisor before undertaking overhauling work of other fans. The size of the nut bolt with cotter pin shall not be less than 8.0 mm diameter.

Supply of material, rewinding of exhaust/wall bracket fan, replacement of bearing and condenser, providing bolt, rubber seal etc for different size and makes of fans along with labour charges - The price shall cover for dismantling of the existing defective winding of various makes and types of exhaust/wall bracket fans and rewinding the same with similar gauge/turns of winding wire by using reputed quality/brand of insulation paper, fiber glass sleeve, cotton tape, thread and varnish. The winding shall be done by wire winding machine and super enameled copper winding 5 wire of BIC/Shramik/Milan/Shakti/Jyoti make shall be used for winding of fan. The price shall also cover for removal of defective capacitor and supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of suitable rating of new 2.5/3.15/4.0 MFD capacitor of Concap/Usha/ Standard/KHATAU/JHANKAR/ ASIAN make only. The capacitor shall be suitable for operation on 440 Volt, 50 Hz, AC supply. The exhaust/wall bracket fans shall be completely overhauled by proper cleaning and replacing of all accessories like cushion rubber rings, nut-bolts, washers etc of suitable size and there shall be no noise or deficiency in the overhauled fan. A sample of overhauled fan shall be got approved first by site supervisor before undertaking overhauling work of other fans.
