36.Fixing of bolt of size 25 mm dia, 1250mm long up to 1100mm with pressure grouting in the existing drilled hole in the Stone Masonry / PCC / CC pier of bridge by epoxy grouting at a minimum pressure of 7kg/cm2 consist of approved quality of epoxy resin hardener and thinner (Araldite and Aradur make or similar) by suitable proportion by weight including fillers such as quartz sand (Sand content can be adjusted to suit the consistency required) etc. and as 36 recommended by manufactuner. The grouting should be carried out dully securing the bolts in position to suit the template of holes in bridge mastbridgeincluding all operations as per bridge code for epoxy grouting and also as per RE's approved drawing and specificationand as directed by the Engineer incharge withall lead and lift (all labour, materials, tools and plants like pneumatic driller equipment pressure injection, aircompressor, portable generator, etc. will be arranged by the contractor. The contractor supply items such as epoxy resins and hardner should be provided with necessary test certificates for pot life test, strength test and shear test from approved test houses. The rate is also inclusive of providing working platform arrangements around pier while execution.
