The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing specific categories of work within the last 07 years. These categories are: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, (iii) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. In case of composite works, the bidder must have completed: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, (iii) One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. For subcontractors, they must have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years. However, no previous work experience of the subcontractor is required for subletting of work costing up to Rs 50 lakh. The bidder's average annual contractual turnover is considered, which should be a minimum of V/N or 'V' whichever is less, where V is the advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees and N is the number of years prescribed for completion of the work. The total tender value is 32323079.39, but the number of years for completion is not mentioned. Work experience certificates issued by any Government Organization or Public listed company having an average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above in the last 3 financial years are considered. For Public listed company-issued certificates, the tenderer must submit relevant documents, including the work order, bill of quantities, bill-wise details of payment received, TDS certificates, and a copy of the final/last bill paid by the company.
