Design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of grid connected rooftop solar PV system with mono crystalline panel complete with all accessories, monitoring system, inverter, structure, cables, net metering etc complete with five years' warrantee - Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of "ON GRID" Solar Photovoltaic power plant with required solar mono crystalline PV modules, MS Hot dipped Galvanized structure for mounting of panels, suitable power conditioning units able to adjust voltage and frequency level to suit the grid voltage frequency, Array and main junction boxes with IP 65 protection, required AC and DC distribution boards with switchgear, armoured power and control cables, remote data monitoring 1 system(using IOT SIM cards in inverters with 5 years data recharge, web based monitoring, as well as through mobile app), concerned state electricity board approved Bidirectional energy metering system (Net metering applicable as per availability of power supply LT or HT); HT metering cubicle enclosure with bus bar, changeover arrangement, Current Transformers, Solar generation meter box as required, all earthing arrangements, suitable lightening and surge protection as per detailed specifications including all necessary allied works/accessories as per site condition, liaison, registration, inspection and any other charges of DISCOMs shall be borne by contractor. The successful contractor shall survey the proposed sites and submit the GAD for approval to Sr. Divisional Electrical Engineer (Power) Rajkot before commencing the work. The work shall be warranted for a period of five years from the date of completion. Detailed Technical Specifications are given tender document. Design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of grid connected (HYBRID) roof top solar PV power supply system , complete with all accessories including net metering and DISCOM registration charges, hybrid inverter (ON grid as well as OFF grid capable) with data logger with provision of data transferring to remote service along with data storage(using IOT sim cards in inverters with 5 years data recharge, web based monitoring, as well as through mobile app), power conditioning unit, SPV array, controls, protections, 2 interconnecting cables, switch gears, necessary features to supplement the grid power, Power factor >0.95, Operating temperature -5 to +55 deg. C, Solar meter, Net meter approved by Govt., mounting structure, junction boxes, cables, wiring charges, and all other associated work charges including GST charges etc. as per detail specification. Warrantee shall be of 5 years and shall cover repairs, replacements, comprehensive maintenance of hybrid solar power supply system (including batteries and accessories) as per prescribed / OEM Schedule inclusive of all spares, materials, schedule cleaning and labour cost. Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of batteries of nominal voltage 12 V DC with 10 year 3 warranty, suitable for hybrid solar power supply system, complete with suitable stand, connecting leads of suitable size including all accessories. Battery pack Lithium iron phosphate battery pack of suitable energy storage capacity as per location/ site requirement. Battery pack should be in an enclosure. Single enclosed container for battery pack or as per location/ site requirement. Proper cooling is required. Battery should withstand all type of weather condition, minimum IP55. (Per Unit - Per AH)
