Concealed wiring of sub-main with 2.5 sq. mm in PVC conduit - The price shall cover for concealed 4 wiring of sub main with two-wire single core 2.5 sq. mm PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi-stranded, FRLS copper conductor of 1100 Volt grade, ISI marked, conforming to IS: 694/1990 and one wire of 1.5 sq. mm PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi-stranded, FRLS copper conductor of 1100 Volt grade, ISI marked, conforming to IS: 694/1990 in concealed manner as per site requirement in PVC conduit.

Concealed wiring of sub-main with 2.5 sq. mm in existing PVC conduit - The price shall cover for wiring of two wire sub-main with 2.5 sq. mm PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi-stranded, FRLS copper conductor 5 of 1100 Volt grade, ISI marked, conforming to IS: 694/1990 with one wire of 1.5 sq. mm PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi-stranded, FRLS copper conductor of 1100 Volt grade, ISI marked, conforming to IS: 694/1990 in existing PVC casing-capping or medium grade PVC conduit of not less than 19 mm diameter, ISI marked of make Prestoplast/Precision/Modi/Gerard as per site conditions.

Concealed wiring of sub-main with copper wire, 4.0 sq. mm in PVC conduit - The price shall cover 6 for concealed wiring of sub main with two-wire single core 4.0 sq. mm PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi-stranded, FRLS copper conductor of 1100 Volt grade, ISI marked, conforming to IS: 694/ 1990 and one wire of 2.5 sq. mm PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi-stranded, FRLS copper conductor of 1100 Volt grade, ISI marked, conforming to IS: 694/1990 in concealed manner as per site requirement in PVC conduit.

Providing modular type electronic fan regulator - The price shall cover for supply, fixing, testing and 7 commissioning of hum-free modular type electronic fan regulator suitable for 80/100-Watt ceiling fan of step type with 'OFF' position, surface/flush type on existing board and its connection from existing supply. Miniature switch type regulators shall not be accepted. The regulator shall be of Anchor-Roma/ Cona/Leader/Crabtree/Legrand/C&S/HPL/Indo Asian/Havell's/Standard/Bentec/Elleys/Precision make.

Fixing, testing and commissioning of ceiling fan - The price shall cover for fixing, testing and commissioning of ceiling fan on existing hook and its connection by FRPVC insulated, flexible copper cord, 8 1100Volt grade, 24/0.20mm from existing ceiling rose with earth connection. A suitable suspension clamp made from G.I. flat of 40 x 6 mm with MS 'S' shaped hook of diameter not less than 10 mm shall be provided as per site requirement if fan hook is not available and is included in the scope of work. The ceiling fans shall be supplied by railways at site in-charge's office/store.

Providing Exhaust Fan, 300 mm sweep, heavy duty with louver/bird guard - The price shall cover for supply of heavy duty, industrial Exhaust Fan of metal body, 300 mm sweep with bird guard operating on 230 9 Volt, 50 Hz AC supply complete with all accessories of make Crompton Greaves/GEC/ Almonard/Usha/Bajaj. The price shall also cover for fixing, testing and commissioning of the Exhaust Fan on existing pocket with rake bolts/Anchor fasteners of suitable size as per site condition, and its connection from existing ceiling rose with three-core, 24/0.20 mm size, FRPVC insulated, flexible copper wire of 1100 Volt grade.

Providing Ray Roll plug and socket, 20 Amp with MCB DP, 16/20 Amp in weather proof box - The 10 price shall cover for supply, erection, testing and commissioning of power plug board with one MCB DP 16/20 Amp, ray-roll socket 16/20 Amp and LED indication lamp in weather proof MS enclosure. The MCB shall be of ABB/L&T (Hagar)/HPL/GE/MDS/Siemens/BCH/C&S/CGL/Schneider make. The colour of MS enclosure should be in sync with the decor of the room and as decided by site engineer. The MS enclosure shall be properly earthed.

Providing MCB and starter with three-pin plug top for Air Conditioner unit - The price shall cover for supply, erection, testing and commissioning of power unit for Air Conditioner in enclosure with MCB DP 20/25 Amp, 3 KA breaking capacity, DOL starter of 16 - 25 Amp capacity suitable for 1.5/2.0 TR A.C. unit, one No 16/20/25 Amp socket and three-pin plug top, 16/25 Amp of ANCHOR-ROMA/CRABTREE/ NORTH-WEST make 11 with 4.0 sq. mm single core multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS copper conductor and 2.5 sq. mm single core multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS copper conductor in green colour as earthing wire of 1100 Volt grade, ISI marked, conforming to relevant and latest IS in medium grade PVC casing-capping, double lock type, ISI marked of Modi/Precision/Gerard/Prestoplast make at an approximate distance up to 3 meter or as per site requirement. The colour of enclosure should be in sync with the decor of the room and as decided by site engineer.

Providing fly catcher, 20 Watt - The price shall cover for supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of fly catcher having stainless steel enclosure with high voltage transformer and twin two-feet, Ultraviolet 12 fluorescent tube, 20 Watt to work on 230 Volt, 50 Hz, single phase AC supply. Approximate size of complete assembly shall be - 25" (L) x9.5" (B) x16" (H) of make AVRO FLYKIL-LITE model Killer 1000 or equivalent of Shree Aerodynamic products/TECHNOCRAFT. The flycatcher shall be fitted by suitable size of clamps as per the instructions of site in-charge and shall be connected by three- core, PVC insulated, flexible copper wire of size 48/0.20 mm from existing catenaries/light point as per site requirement through flexible PVC conduit.

Supply five-star rated storage geyser of 25-liter capacity - The price shall cover for supply of energy efficient, five-star BEE rating, storage type geyser, 25-liter capacity, heating element of 2000 Watt, having 13 inner tank material of mild steel with glass lined coating and outer body of ABS + PP (rust proof), adjustable stem type thermostats, fusible safety plug operating on pressure of 8 Bar and 4 in 1 multifunctional safety valve. The geyser shall be ISI marked with inlet and outlet hoses of suitable diameter and length and gun metal inlet stop valve. The geyser shall be supplied complete with three-core, PVC insulated, copper wire, ISI marked and 15 Amp plug top. The geyser shall be of VENUS/RACOLD/ SPHEREHOT/BAJAJ/CROMPTON GREAVES make.

Fixing, testing and commissioning of storage type geyser of capacity 25 Liter complete with all 14 accessories - The price shall cover for fixing, testing and commissioning of storage type geyser, 25-liter capacity of Item No. 13 above. The scope of work includes supply and fixing of Anchor fasteners, nut bolts, supply of accessories, modification/rectification of civil works such as inlet-outlet water connection pipes of suitable capacity and size, plumbing, wiring etc. required to install the Geyser at desired location.

Supply of material, laying, testing and commissioning of four-core, multi-stranded, flexible copper cable, 2.5 sq. mm from indoor to outdoor unit - The price shall cover for supply, fixing, testing and commissioning 15 of PVC insulated, multi-stranded, four-core, copper conductor cable, 2.5 sq. mm, 1100 Volt grade, ISI marked, conforming to IS: 694 or latest of make Neocab/Polycab/Finolex/R.R. Cable. The cable shall be connected from the indoor and outdoor units of split A.C. along with 8 SWG earth wire in PVC sleeve of good quality for earthing the equipment from existing nearby earth point/electrode. The copper wire and earth wire shall be laid in PVC conduit of suitable size and properly fixed.

Supply of material and fixing of copper piping for suction and discharge lines of Air Conditioner units - The price shall cover for supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of refrigerant copper piping suitable for R-22, R-134 A, R-407 refrigerant and conforming to IS: 10773/2006 (latest) from indoor unit to outdoor unit. The 16 copper piping shall be insulated with polyurethane foam tubing duly covered with weather protection. The copper refrigerant pipe shall be suitable for bearing 350 PSI pressure and the thickness should be 19 SWG and diameter should be suitable for handling of refrigerant for capacity 3.5 TR of refrigerant quantity without creating any extra pressure due to quantity of refrigerant and as per manufacturer's recommendations. The exposed copper piping shall be suitably concealed as per site requirement.

Supply of material and providing rigid PVC drain pipe - The price shall cover for supply and fixing of rigid uPVC pipe medium grade of required diameter from indoor unit to main drain hole for draining of condensed water from cooling coil (indoor unit) to main drain discharge point.

Supply and fixing of MS stand for outdoor unit of Split Air Conditioner - The price shall cover for 18 fabrication, supply, fixing and commissioning of MS angle frame/stand made from MS angle for outdoor unit of split AC. The size of angle shall be 40 x 40 x 6 mm painted with two coats of red oxide primer and finished with one coat of black enamel paint. The angle stand shall be fixed at site with anchor bolts. Necessary civil works involved are included in the scope of work.

Installation, testing and commissioning of split Air Conditioner - The price shall cover for installation, fixing, testing and commissioning of the split AC as per the site-engineer's instructions/requirements 19 with all associated wiring, copper piping, existing drain piping, existing MS outdoor stand. This shall also cover for making a hole of suitable diameter in the existing brick masonry/RCC wall for laying of cables, pipes etc from indoor to outdoor unit in a neat and aesthetic manner. The hole shall be sealed with plaster of Paris to prevent entry of insects, rain water, lizards etc. Manufacturer's recommendations/ instructions shall be strictly followed. Split AC shall be supplied by railways from the site engineer's office/stores.

Providing lighting control board with MCB DP 32 Amp - 1 No, time switch, 16 Amp - 1 No and single-phase contactor, 32 Amp - 1 No - The price shall cover for supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of lighting control board fabricated from CRCA sheet steel, powder coated with grey finish, dust and vermin proof, water resistant with metallic door complete with MCBs of 10 KA breaking capacity. The board shall be equipped with MCB DP, 10 KA breaking capacity, 32 Amp rating - 1 No, Time switch, 16 Amp - 1 No and Single-phase 20 contactor of rating 32 Amp - 1 No. The MCB shall be of ABB/L&T (Hagar)/ HPL/GE/MDS/Siemens/BCH/C&S/Schneider/CGL make, the contactor shall be of L&T/BCH/C&S/CGL/ Schneider/Siemens make and Digital Time Switch "CRONO" of L&T make or similar of Siemens/Minilec make. The board shall be completely wired with multi-stranded copper wire of suitable capacity and shall be provided with heavy duty connectors of suitable capacity for termination of incoming and outgoing wires and shall be provided with two nos of earthing terminals on each side of the board and riveted metallic caution board in three languages.

Providing Distribution Board with incomer MCB DP, 16/32 Amp - 1 No, RCBO, 25 Amp - 1 No and outgoing MCB DP, 6/10/16 Amp - 4 Nos - The price shall cover for supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of pre-fabricated, double door, MCB distribution board fabricated from CRCA sheet steel, powder coated with grey finish, dust and vermin proof, water resistant with metallic door complete with MCBs of 10 KA breaking capacity. 21 The DB shall be equipped with incomer MCB DP 16/32 Amp - 1 No, RCBO, two-pole, 30 mA sensitivity, 25 Amp - 1 No and outgoing MCB DP, 6/10/16 Amp - 4 Nos. The MCBs/RCBOs shall be of ABB/L&T (Hagar)/HPL/GE/MDS/Siemens/BCH/C&S/Schneider/CGL make. The board shall be completely wired with multi- stranded copper wire of suitable capacity and shall be provided with heavy duty connectors of suitable capacity for termination of incoming and outgoing wires and shall be provided with two nos of earthing terminals on each side of the board and riveted metallic caution board in three languages.

Providing Distribution Board with incomer MCB TPN, 63 Amp - 1 No, RCBO, four-pole, 63 Amp - 1 No and outgoing MCB DP, 16/32 Amp - 8 Nos - The price shall cover for supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of pre-fabricated, double door, MCB distribution board fabricated from CRCA sheet steel, powder coated with grey finish, dust and vermin proof, water resistant with metallic door complete with MCBs of 10 KA breaking 22 capacity. The DB shall be equipped with incomer MCB TPN 63 Amp - 1 No, RCBO, four--pole, 100 mA sensitivity, 63 Amp - 1 No and outgoing MCB DP, 16/32 Amp - 8 Nos. The MCB/RCBO shall be of ABB/L&T (Hagar)/HPL/GE/MDS/Siemens/BCH/C&S/Schneider/CGL/Havell's make. The board shall be completely wired with multi-stranded copper wire of suitable capacity and shall be provided with heavy duty connectors of suitable capacity for termination of incoming and outgoing wires and shall be provided with two nos of earthing terminals on each side of the board and riveted metallic caution board in three languages.

Providing Distribution Board with incomer MCCB, four-pole, 100 Amp - 1 No, outgoing MCB TPN, 63 Amp - 2 Nos, MCB DP, 63 Amp - 2 Nos and MCB DP, 16/20 Amp - 6 Nos - The price shall cover for fabrication, supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of outdoor type LT distribution board fabricated from 18 SWG CRCA sheet steel, powder coated with grey enamel, double door, wall/floor mounted, dust and vermin proof, water resistant, double-door, outdoor type confirming to relevant IS and complete with MCCBs and MCBs. The board shall be fabricated for three-phase, four-wire, 440 Volt AC, 50 Hz supply system and shall consist of the following switchgears/accessories - (a) Incomer - MCCB, four-pole, 100 Amp, with thermal-magnetic release range 80 - 100 Amp, Ics = 100% Icu having 35 KA breaking capacity and conforming to IS/IEC 60947-2 with adjustable overload and short circuit settings and inbuilt instantaneous protection. The MCCB shall be supplied with spreader terminals and rotary handle. Digging of cable trench 450/600 mm wide and 900 mm deep in all types of soil including hard, 24 rocky etc. - The price shall cover for digging of 450/600 mm wide and 900 mm deep trench in all types of soil including soft, rocky as per cable route plan and filling back the trench after laying of cables. This also includes clearing of roots of trees and bushes and other temporary obstructions on the selected route.

Supply and laying of RCC half round pipe, 150 mm diameter - The price shall cover for supply of half round RCC pipes of 150 mm inner diameter and 1.0 meter in length as per given description in Annexure-XX 25 of tender document. The internal surface shall have a smooth finish without any bulge or projections to avoid damage to the cable. The price shall also cover for laying of half round RCC pipes above the cables for mechanical protection on laid cables in the existing trench. After laying of RCC half round pipe, the trench shall be filled up with soil available thereby.

Laying of cable in trench - The price shall cover for laying, testing and commissioning of LTUG armoured cable in existing trench/pipe and its connection at both ends. The cable shall be tested with 500 Volt Megger earth tester before laying it in the trench. The cable cores shall be tested for continuity, absence of cross 26 phasing, Insulation Resistance between conductors to earth/armour and between conductors. The results should be recorded in presence of railways' representative. A composite cable layout plan on ferro-print or computerized print duly laminated in A-4 size should be submitted by the contractor to this office as well as site in-charge after laying of cable. Cables shall be supplied by railways at site engineer's stores.

Laying of cable on wall/cover shed/existing tray with MS clamp - The price shall cover for laying, testing and commissioning of LTUG armoured cable on wall/cover shed/in existing tray and its connection at both 27 ends. The cable shall be tested with 500 Volt Megger before laying it in the tray. The cable cores shall be tested for continuity, absence of cross phasing, Insulation Resistance between conductors to earth/armour and between conductors. The results should be recorded in presence of railways' representative. A composite cable layout plan on ferro-print or computerized print duly laminated in A-4 size should be submitted by the contractor to site engineer and Divisional Office after laying of cable.

Providing 'B' Class G.I. Pipe of 50 mm diameter - The price shall cover for supply and fixing of G.I. 28 pipe, 'B' class, medium grade, ISI marked, 50 mm diameter as per IS: 1239/1990 or latest for protection of cables at wall/cover shed/FOB and poles and its fixing by clamps made from 40 x 6 mm M.S. flat duly painted along with required GI nuts-bolts and washers fixed at a distance of 1.5 meter. The GI pipe shall be of Tata/Zenith/Jindal/Surya/Swastik make.

Providing GI earthing strip, 25 x 4 mm in PVC sleeve - The price shall cover for supply and laying 29 of G.I. earthing strip of 25 x 4 mm size covered with black coloured PVC sleeve of superior quality from earth pit to control/distribution panel board. The earthing strip when laid on wall shall be fixed by means of suitable size of GI clamps and screws.

Providing maintenance free earthing - The price shall cover for providing maintenance free earthing shall be as per the following specifications - 1. High tensile-low carbon steel rod having diameter not less than 17 mm complying with requirements of BS 4360 Grade 43A or EN10025:2-004 S275JR, molecularly bonded by 99.99% pure high conductivity copper on outer surface with copper coating thickness of 250 micron or more, Length 3000 mm (minimum). Certificates from NABL approved labs shall be submitted with test results. 2. Copper earth bus-bar of size 250 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm having electrical conductivity of 101% IACS, minimum 99.9% copper content shall be exothermically welded to rod with 4 holes of 12 mm diameter (two on each side) for connecting earthing conductor. 3. Earth Enhancement compound should have characteristics as mentioned in the RDSO specifications. It should have low resistivity preferably below 0.2 Ohm-meter, supplied in sealed bags (minimum 75 kg per pit for 5' x 5' x 10' size pit and minimum 50 kg per pit for 300 mm bore type pit. The bags shall be marked with manufacturer's name or trade name, quality, Batch No. and date of manufacture. Certificates from NABL approved labs shall be submitted with test results, for at least following parameters - i) Composition of Earth Enhancement compound ii) Resistivity - < 2 Ohm-meter iii) pH value - > 7 but < 9 iv) Moisture retaining capacity - > 10% at 105 degree Celsius v) Water solubility - < 5% 4. Backfill material - Good 30 quality soil or excavated soil free from sand, gravel and stones shall be used for backfilling. 5. Earth pit of size 5 feet x 5 feet x 10 feet or min 300 mm bore up to 10 feet using earth auger shall be made. 6. Inspection chamber - A concrete box of 300 x 300 x 300 mm (inside dimensions) and 50 mm thickness of wall, with smooth cement plaster finish shall be provided on the top of the pit. A concrete lid, painted black, approximately 50 mm thick with pulling hooks shall be provided to cover the earth pit. PVC sleeve shall be provided in concrete wall to take out earthing connections. 7. On backside of the cover, date of the testing and average resistance value shall be written with yellow paint on black background. 8. Instead of copper bus-bar and strips mentioned in the drawing, a GI main bus-bar of minimum size 300 mm x 75 mm x 8 mm to be installed on nearby wall etc. It shall be connected to earthing with two GI strips of 50 mm x 6 mm size each, up to a distance of 10 meters from earth bus-bar (minimum 3 meters x 2 Nos GI strips to be supplied). 9. Earthing shall generally be carried out in accordance with the requirement of I.E. Rules, 1956, as amended from time to time and shall confirm to IS: 3043 of 1987 with latest amendment. 10. The earth value shall be measured and recorded at the site by painting on earth pit or nearest wall along with date of testing. It shall be less than 2 Ohm and neutral to earth voltage shall be less than 3 Volt. 11. Earthing performance after a year of installation shall be jointly checked and measured. It should be less than 2 Ohm. 12. General arrangement of the earth system shall be as per the sketch given in Annexure-XX of tender document.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of DG Set, 415 Volt, three phase, 62.5 KVA capacity 31 with AMF Control Panel complete with all accessories including earthing - The price shall cover for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Diesel Generating Set, of 62.5 KVA capacity with AMF Panel complete with all accessories including earthing as per the detailed specifications given in Annexure-XX of tender document.

Supply and fixing of LED based reading light complete with lamp, 3/5 Watt - The price shall cover 2 for supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of LED reading light fitting operating on 230 Volt, 50 Hz AC supply. The fitting shall be of reputed quality complete with 1 x 3/5-Watt LED, driver and shall have a 360° swivel movement. The fitting shall be surface mounted and equipped with flexible metallic conduit.

Providing LED module 2 feet x 2 feet, 38 Watt ±3 Watt recessed/surface mounted complete with all accessories - The price shall cover for supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of eco-friendly, maintenance free and energy efficient LED module, 2 feet x 2 feet of 38 Watt ±3 Watt made from CRCA housing with high efficiency diffuser for full glow and constant current electronic driver suitable for 220 - 240 Volt, 50 Hz AC supply as per 3 Western Railways' specification no. WR/CCG/Specification/P/001 (Rev. 01) - 2018. The fitting shall be suitable for recessed/surface mounting arrangement. The fitting shall be fixed at site by means of suitable size of GI Clamps/PVC block as decided by site engineer. The connection shall be given by means of 24/0.2 mm three-core flexible copper wire through proper connector. The fitting arrangement shall be as per the aesthetics of the room. Removal of existing fittings and handing over the same to the site engineer at his store is included in the scope of work.
