Providing and Laying only with Knitted and PVC coated Polyester Uniaxial Geogrid- Techgrid indigenously manufactured from selected high tenacity polyester yarn with high molecular weight (> 25000 g/mol), and low carboxyl end group (<30mmol/kg) for Reinforced soil wall with granular fill of PHi-30 degree (design is to be carried out in accordance with BS-8006 / FHWA) with 1 concrete Panel (M35) as facia, casting & erection of panels with Techgrid, providing & laying of levelling pad of M15, providing and laying coping beam (M25), providing and laying drainage composite TDC-55130 etc. completed as per the necessary drawing and instruction of Engineer In Charge. Note :Measurement of finished work of panel facia in Sqm to be considered for payment purpose. Item excluds providing, laying and compacting selected backfill and retained fill behind the wall, excavation and ground improvement, if any. The payment for excavation, foundation concrete, coping beam, filling material & filter media shall be paid extra in relavent items.

Providing fill materials for reinforced earth & filling in approach portion RE wall (as per MORTH section 3100) including laying of earth as per specification for compaction in 250 mm thick 2 loose layers and dressing (MORTH specification Cl. By mechanical means using motor grader including 305.3.5) watering the earth to bring the earth up to required OMC including rolling with the use of vibratory roller when earth is at suitable moisture content with desired field density not less than 97% of maximum dry density (modified proctor test). The material for filling shall conform to IRC Highway Research Board's special report No 16.

Providing & fixing Safety Screen as per RDSO Drg. No. EL / C / 0068 MOD " E " , on the Parapet with necessary fixtures etc. as per detailed drawing including contractor's own materials, labours, tools and plants, etc. complete.

Manufacturing, supplying & installation of rubberized level crossing pads of approved quality and specifications at Railway track by suitable clamping arrangements to make a rubberized road. The road surface is to be prepared by using multiple "set" of rubber pads of length 1.2 m each and each set consists of 02 nos. rubber pads placed inside the running rails (IR will technically prefer 4 to have full panels between the two rails with reasonable size as per Functional Specification for Rubberised Surface at Level rossings July 2019 Para 5 (viii)&(ix)) and 2 nos outside the running rail resting on RCC edge beam. The item is inclusive of RCC edge beam at the edge to retain the assembly as per drawing. The cement and steel for this will be supplied by contractor and is included in the rates. No separate shall be paid. The rate includes GST and other taxes as applicable, road excavation and preparation changes warranty etc. to complete the work in all respect.
