The bidder is required to have prior work experience, with specific details provided. The works may have been executed by the applicant as prime contractor or as a member of a joint venture or as a nominated sub-contractor. In case a project has been executed by a joint venture, weight towards experience of the project would be given to each joint venture in proportion to their financial participation in the joint venture. The required prior work experience includes: - At least 40% of the value of the proposed contract, which is Rs. 1,88,50,229.03 for the proposed contract. - Substantially completed works, which means at least 90% completed. - Experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of civil construction works within the last five years. - Minimum annual financial turnover of the annual value of the contract applied for in any one year over the last five years.
