The bidder is required to have prior work experience in executing similar works, with quantities of work executed as a prime contractor or as a nominated sub-contractor in the past five years. The experience should be in similar works, with the sub-contract involving the execution of all main items of work described in the bid document. The bidder should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one work of Providing and laying RCC Pipe for Storm Water/Sewage Pipeline of at least 40 percent (Rs. 2,24,40,564) of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. The work should be at least 90% completed. Additionally, the bidder needs to provide information on the name of the work, name of the employer, quantity of work performed, and remarks, including contract references, for each year from 2020-21 to 2024-25. The bidder should also provide information on the value of contracts completed, the stipulated period of completion, the actual date of completion, and remarks explaining reasons for delay and work completed. The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of Rs. 7,48,01,879 in any one year, over the last five years.
