The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - 3 years for experience criteria - 30% of bid quantity for past performance Technical certifications required by the bidder to participate in this tender include: 1. Bid specific Manufacturer Authorization Form (MAF) from OEM on letterhead with signature and seal for all quoted products. 2. ATC Acceptance Certificate or Tender Copy Duly Signed. 3. Certificate from the Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant indicating the turnover details for the relevant period is not considered as it is related to financial terms, however other technical requirements are - OEM should have online – dedicated CCTV support center available during working hours and a fully equipped repair and maintenance office in India. - The Camera OEM must have their own manufacturing setups and IPR for brand registration.
