The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having experience in similar work, with a specific requirement that the work performed as a prime contractor or as a nominated sub-contractor in the last five years should be considered. The bidder should have completed works of a similar nature over the last five years. The value and percentage of similar works completed are partially mentioned. The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of Rs. 490.19 Lac in any one year, over the last five years. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of "construction of G + 1 RCC FRAME STRUCTURE WORK WITH ALL FINISHING WORK" of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. The substantially completed works should be at least 90% completed. The bidder should also have a minimum cash investment of up to 25% of the value of the work during implementation of the contract. The bidder's available bid capacity at the expected time of bidding should be more than the total estimated cost of the works, with the estimated project cost mentioned to be 50 Crore and above for joint ventures. For joint ventures, the lead partner should meet not less than 50 percent of all criteria, and the joint venture must collectively satisfy the criteria. The experience of other joint venture partners shall be considered if it is not less than 30 percent of the qualifying criteria.
