The eligibility requirements mentioned in the tender are: 1. Experience Criteria: The bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar category products to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU for 3 years. 2. Past Performance: 50% of the bidder's past performance is considered. The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 50% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. 3. Comprehensive Warranty: The bidder should provide a comprehensive warranty of 2, 3, 4, 5, or more years. 4. Functional Service Centre: The bidder must have a Functional Service Centre in the State of each Consignee's Location in case of carry-in warranty. 5. Dedicated/toll Free Telephone No. for Service Support: The bidder must have a Dedicated/toll Free Telephone No. for Service Support. 6. Escalation Matrix of Telephone Numbers for Service Support: The bidder must provide an Escalation Matrix of Telephone Numbers for Service Support. 7. Compliance with "Public Procurement (Preference to Make in India) Order 2017": The bidder must comply with the "Public Procurement (Preference to Make in India) Order 2017-Notifying CCTV/Video Surveillance System for Security" and ensure that the surveillance devices i.e., CCTV Cameras (Analog/ IP/ Analog Speed Dome/ IP Speed Dome) comply with the Essential Requirements (ERs) for security prescribed by MeitY. 8. Compliance with MHA advisory: The bidder must ensure compliance with the MHA advisory issued by O.M. IV-24011/22/2020-Prov-I/270 dated 26 April 2024.
