The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last five years. The experience can be in one of the following forms: - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimate put to tender for this tender. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimate put to tender for this tender. - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimate put to tender for this tender. The bidder should also have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of a similar nature of work of at least 40% of the value of the proposed contract within the last five financial years. Substantially completed works mean those works which are at least 90% completed. The contractor should have completed 60% of the quantity of principal items of work like concrete, earthwork, masonry, etc. within the last five financial years. The bidder's prior work experience is considered based on the quantities of work executed as a prime contractor or as a nominated sub-contractor in the past five years and the current year before the submission of the bid. The work experience should be in the same name and style. The bidder needs to provide information on the quantities of work performed, including cement, concrete, masonry, earthworks, and bituminous work, for each year from 2019-2020 to 2023-2024. Additionally, the bidder should have prior work experience with a minimum annual financial turnover, defined as billing for works in progress and completed in all classes of civil engineering construction works only, of at least the annual value of the contract or contracts applied for in any one year over the last five years. In terms of specific values and percentages, the bidder should have: - Achieved a minimum annual financial turnover equal to the annual value of the contract or contracts applied for. - Completed similar works with a value of at least 80% (for one work) or 50% (for two works) of the estimate put to tender.
