The required prior work experience for the bidder includes three options: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost; 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost; 3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder's experience is evaluated based on the following criteria: 1. Past Experience (last 5 yrs) of hiring in similar roles, with marks allocation as follows: - Less than 50 hirings: 0 marks - 50-100 hirings: 20 marks - 100-200 hirings: 40 marks - More than 200 hirings: 50 marks (accounts for 50% of the total marks) 2. Total number of contracts/assignment/engagements for supply of manpower successfully completed since inception, with marks allocation as follows: - Less than 5 contracts: 5 marks - 5-10 contracts: 15 marks - More than 10 contracts: 25 marks (accounts for 25% of the total marks) 3. Profile of the Team Leader and Team Members leading the similar assignment, with marks allocation as follows: - Team Leader Experience: - Less than 5 years: 0 marks - More than 5 years: 5 marks - Team Members Experience (Average Experience): - Less than 5 years: 0 marks - More than 5 years: 5 marks (accounts for 10% of the total marks) 4. Experience of the HR consultant, with marks allocation as follows: - 5 years to 10 years: 5 marks - 10 years and above: 10 marks (accounts for 10% of the total marks) The bidder should also have an established business/practice of providing manpower services, with a specified number of years of manpower recruitment services. The bidder needs to indicate the number of years of manpower recruitment services and provide details of the number of executives in the team and the number/list of assignments handled. The bidder should have a tangible positive net worth and an average turnover of Rs. 100.00 Lakh during the last 3 immediate consecutive financial years.
