The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of construction of bridge using Pontoon Platform in the last five years and highway (road and/or bridge works) airport runway of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. The bidder should have experience during the last 10 financial years of executing similar type of work involving similar type of foundation and superstructure. For building works, the bidder shall have experience for the construction of any building having frame/composite structure, with specific requirements for different storey heights: - Up to G + 3 storey: experience in constructing any building with frame/composite structure. - Up to G + 5 storey: experience in constructing any building with frame/composite structure of G+2 storey and above. - More than G + 5 storey: experience in constructing any building with frame/composite structure of G+4 storey and above. - Load bearing structure: experience in constructing any building with load bearing structure. The value of similar works completed should be at least 40% of the value of the proposed contract. The percentage of completion for substantially completed works should be at least 90%. For Road Works: - Strengthening/ Resurfacing/ Renewal work: Any asphalt work done by paver. - Widening work: Widening up to 7 mt or 10 mt of carriageway, or new road construction work with a minimum carriageway width of 3.5 m. - New Roads / Four laning / Six laning: New road construction work with a minimum carriageway width of 8.5 m, or road work of widening of carriageway up to 10 m. For Bridge Works: - Completion cost of similar work should be more than 40% of the amount put to tender. - Bidder should have experience of constructing a bridge using a Pontoon Platform in the last five years. The values and percentages mentioned for similar works completed include: - More than 40% of the amount put to tender for Bridge Works. - Cost of road widening carried out is to be considered for financial criteria, with no specific percentage mentioned. - Works costing up to 7.5 crore for Road Works and 7.0 crore for Building and Bridge Works. - A minimum annual financial turnover amount of Rs. 5,85,52,000/- - Liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of Rs. 2,92,77,000.00/- - Completed works with a value of Rs. 11,71,04,025.37.
