Additionally, the bidder should have access to or availability of credit facilities to meet their working capital requirements for executing the work, with a bank certificate to support this claim, and a scan copy of the Bank Solvency Certificate of the current calendar year, with a minimum of 20% of the tender amount, which is Rs.27144509.00.
