The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed similar works in the last five years, with a focus on works of a similar nature. The categories of work include Cement Concrete (including RCC & PCC), Masonry, Earth Works, and Bituminous Work. Additionally, the bidder should have an Annual Financial Turnover Amount of more than Rs. 2478.40 Lakh, and liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of 25% of the Tender Amount, which is Rs. 619.60 lakh. The bidder is also required to have a certain level of experience and qualifications, including having two graduate Civil Engineers and three diploma Civil Engineers when the cost of the work is more than Rs.50 lakhs.
