The bidder should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. Substantially completed works means those works which are at least 90% completed. The bidder's experience should include quantities of work executed, such as cement concrete, masonry, earthworks, and bituminous work. The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of Rs.1766.71 lacs in any one year, over the last five years, in civil engineering construction works. The bidder's prior work experience is considered based on the quantities of work executed as a prime contractor or as a nominated sub-contractor in the past five years and the current year before the submission of the bid. The value of similar works completed is at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract, and the percentage of substantially completed works is at least 90%. The bidder should demonstrate having experience and resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualification criteria for each contract. The bidder should have completed works similar to the proposed work, with details of the work, including the name of the work, name of the employer, quantity of work performed, and remarks, for each year from 2020-2021 to 2024-2025.
