The bidder is required to have prior work experience as a prime contractor or nominated sub-contractor, with the sub-contract involving execution of all main items of work described in the bid document, in the last five years and in the current year before the submission of the bid. The experience should be in civil engineering constructions, with the bidder having completed works of a similar nature. The bidder should have completed works with a value of up to INR 50 Cr, with a percentage rate tender of 20%. Specifically, the bidder should have completed quantities of work executed, including: * Cement Concrete (including RCC & PCC) with 20-20 (cum/MT) * Masonry with 20-20 (cum/MT) * Earth Works with 20-20 (cum/MT) * Bituminous Work with 20-20 (cum/MT) The bidder should also have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of the annual value of the contract applied for in any one year over the last five years. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of highway (road and/or bridge works) or airport runway of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years, with substantially completed works meaning those works which are at least 90 percent completed. The bidder should provide information on the total value of civil engineering constructions work performed in the last five years, which may include values such as Rs. 20 lakhs, and the percentage of similar works completed, which may be 20%. The bidder should also provide a preliminary description of the proposed work method and schedule, including drawings and charts, as necessary, to justify their capability of execution and completion of work as per technical specifications, within the stipulated period of completion.
