The bidder should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of highway (road and/or bridge works) or airport runway of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. The substantially completed works mean those works which are at least 90% completed as on the date of submission. The bidder should provide information on their experience in similar work, particularly in sections such as earth works, cement concrete, masonry, bituminous work, etc. They should also provide a list of their experience in similar works, including the year, name of the work, name of the employer, quantity of work performed, and remarks. The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of the annual value of the contract applied for in any one year over the last five years. The value of the proposed contract is Rs. 38143004.96. For joint ventures, the lead partner shall meet not less than 50 percent of all criteria, and the joint venture must collectively satisfy the criteria. The experience of the other joint venture partners shall be considered if it is not less than 30 percent of the qualifying criteria. The bidder is also required to invest a minimum cash up to 25% of the value of the work during implementation of the contract.
