In terms of specific values and percentages, the bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of Rs. 894.29 lacs in any one year, over the last five years, in civil engineering construction works. The bidder should also have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of bridge works of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. Additionally, for joint ventures, the lead partner must meet at least 50% of the qualification criteria, while other partners must meet at least 30% of the criteria. The joint venture must collectively satisfy the criteria. The bidder's experience in similar works, with a value of at least 90% completion of the original contract price, will be considered. The bidder should provide information on the quantities of work executed, with specific details on the type of work such as cement concrete, masonry, earthworks, and bituminous work. They should also provide information on the value of contracts completed, with details such as contract number, value of contract in Rs. Crore, and date of issue of work order. The bidder is required to submit a certificate from the employer incorporating the name of the work, contract value, billing amount, date of commencement of works, and satisfactory performance of the contractor for substantially completed works.
