The required prior work experience for the bidder includes substantially completed works with a value of at least 90% of the original contract price, and the works should be continuing satisfactorily. The bidder should have completed similar works in the last five years. The value and percentage of similar works completed include at least 90% of the original contract price, with the works continuing satisfactorily. The bidder should have access to, or have available, liquid assets (aggregate of working capital, cash in hand, and uncommitted bank guarantees) and/or credit facilities up to 25% of the value of the contract/contracts applied. The bidder should have invested a minimum cash up to 25% of the value of the work during implementation of the contract. The amount of guarantee required is the same as shown in Clause 16.1 (Bid Security) of the Instructions to Bidders, and it will remain in force up to and including 45 days after the deadline for submission of bids.
