The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in similar works, specifically in highway (road and/or bridge works) or airport runway. The bidder should have successfully completed or substantially completed at least one contract of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. The value and percentage of similar works completed are specified as at least 40% of the proposed contract value, which is Rs. 68615216.07. Therefore, the bidder should have completed works worth at least Rs. 27446106.43 (40% of 68615216.07) in the last five years. Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum cash investment of up to 25% of the value of the work during the implementation of the contract. The bidder should also have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of the annual value of the contract/applied for in any one year over the last five years.
