The value and percentage of similar works completed include: - 90% completion of similar works, where substantially completed works mean those works which are at least 90% completed in terms of gross value of work done. - The bidder should have completed works with a total value of at least the estimated project cost, with a minimum of 50% of the works completed in the last five years. - The bidder should have a minimum annual turnover of 50% of the estimated project cost, and a minimum net worth of 10% of the estimated project cost. - A minimum of two similar works completed in the last five years, with each work having a minimum value of 30% of the estimated project cost. - The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of at least the annual value of the contract or contracts applied for in any one year over the last five years. - Experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of highway (road and/or bridge works) or airport runway of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. - The bidder should have a total value of 20 (in Rs. Lakhs) of civil engineering constructions work performed in the last five years and 20 (in Rs. Lakhs) in the current year before the submission of the bid. - The bidder should have access to or have available liquid assets (including working capital, cash in hand, and uncommitted bank guarantees) and/or credit facilities up to 25 percent of the value of the contract.
