The bidder should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of highway, road, and/or bridge works, airport runway of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. The works may have been executed as a prime contractor or as a member of a joint venture or as a nominated subcontractor. The value and percentage of similar works completed are: - At least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract - At least 90 percent completed as on the date of submission. The bidder should have experience in civil engineering constructions, with a total value of work performed in the last five years. The bidder should have completed works of a similar nature over the last five years, and in the current year, before the submission of the bid. The bidder should have experience in works of a value of up to 75 crore for road works, and 70 crore for building and bridge works. Additionally, for specific types of work, such as furniture work of government/semi-government, the bidder should have experience of similar works with costing of more than Rs. 153.27 Lakh in any one year during not less than last three financial years. In terms of percentage, the bidder should have a minimum of 25 percent of the value of the contract, in terms of liquid assets, cash in hand, and uncommitted bank guarantees and/or credit facilities.
