The bidder should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of similar work (i.e., Furniture/interior) of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. The value of the similar work completed should be at least Rs. 277.28 Lacs. Substantially completed works mean those works which are at least 90 percent completed as on the date of submission. The bidder is required to have prior work experience as a prime contractor or as a nominated sub-contractor, with execution of all main items of work described in the bid documents, in works of a similar nature over the last five years and in the current year before the submission of the bid. The bidder should provide information on the quantities of work executed, including cement concrete, masonry, earthworks, and bituminous work, and the value of contracts completed, with a multiplying factor applied to costs of works executed in previous years to bring them to a common base value. Specifically, the bidder should provide general experience, quantities of work executed, and value of contracts completed. The multiplying factors for costs of works executed in previous years are provided for each year from 2018-2019 to 2022-2023. The required prior work experience includes at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract, with a specific value of at least Rs. 277.28 Lacs for similar work, and at least 90 percent completion for substantially completed works.
