The bidder is required to have prior work experience of a similar nature over the last five years, which can be as a prime contractor or as a nominated sub-contractor. The experience should include execution of all main items of work described in the bid document. The value and percentage of similar works completed are: - 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract, which is approximately Rs. 3,32,68,350.73. - 90 percent completion of substantially completed works. - 50 percent of all criteria for the lead partner in a joint venture. - 30 percent of the qualifying criteria for other joint venture partners. The bidder should have completed works of a similar nature, with a value of at least the value of the contract being bid for, in the last five years. The bidder should also have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of highway (road and/or bridge works) or airport runway of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of the annual value of the contract applied for in any one year over the last five years. The proposed contract value is approximately Rs. 8,31,70,876.83.
