A = Maximum value of work executed in any one year during the last five years B = Value at current price level of the existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the next 05 (Five) Months N = Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which the bids are invited. Note: The available bid capacity will be applied for each partner to the extent of their proposed participation in the execution of the work in case of a joint venture. Also, the qualification criteria will be qualified only if their available bid capacity at the expected time of bidding is more than the total estimated cost of the works.

The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. The works may have been executed by the applicant as a prime contractor or as a member of a joint venture or as a nominated sub-contractor. Substantially completed works mean those works which are at least 90% completed as on the date of submission. The bidder should have a minimum annual financial turnover of Rs. 2286.51 lacs in any one year, over the last five years, and access to liquid assets and/or credit facilities up to 25 percent of the value of the contract/contracts applied. The required criteria for prior work experience include:
- At least 40% of the value of the proposed contract in similar work
- At least 90% completion of substantially completed works
- Minimum annual financial turnover of Rs. 2286.51 lacs
- Access to liquid assets and/or credit facilities up to 25% of the contract value.
