The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. The works may have been executed by the applicant as a prime contractor or as a member of a joint venture or as a nominated sub-contractor. Substantially completed works mean those works which are at least 90% completed as on the date of submission. The bidder should have a minimum annual financial turnover of Rs. 2286.51 lacs in any one year, over the last five years, and access to liquid assets and/or credit facilities up to 25 percent of the value of the contract/contracts applied. The required criteria for prior work experience include: - At least 40% of the value of the proposed contract in similar work - At least 90% completion of substantially completed works - Minimum annual financial turnover of Rs. 2286.51 lacs - Access to liquid assets and/or credit facilities up to 25% of the contract value.
