The required prior work experience for the bidder includes at least one similar work having an updated completion cost of not less than Rs. 384.07 Lakhs, which is 40% of the amount put to tender of the proposed work. The similar work must have been completed within the last five financial years. The definition of similar work includes building having frame structure / composite structure up to G+3 storey. The values mentioned are: * Rs. 384.07 Lakhs (40% of the amount put to tender of the proposed work) * 40% (percentage of the amount put to tender of the proposed work) Additionally, the gross value of work done up to the last date of submission should be 90% or more of the original contract price, and the work should be at least 90% completed as on the date of submission, and continuing satisfactorily. The annual turnover of the bidder should be not less than Rs.1047.45 Lakhs for any one year of the last five years.
