The bidder should have experience in similar work, but the exact amount of prior work experience required is not specified in some sections. However, in one section, it is mentioned that the bidder should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of highway (road and/or bridge works) or airport runway of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. The bidder also needs to provide biographical data of their key personnel, including their qualification, year of experience, and experience in the proposed position. The bidder is also required to invest a minimum cash up to 25% of the value of the work during implementation of the contract.
