The bidder should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of highway (road and/or bridge works) or airport runway of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. The substantially completed works should be at least 90 percent completed as on the date of submission. The bidder is required to provide information on their experience in similar works, including the value and percentage of similar works completed. The value of the proposed contract is Rs. 39216933.85, and the bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of this amount in any one year over the last five years. For joint ventures, the lead partner shall meet not less than 50 percent of all criteria, and the joint venture must collectively satisfy the criteria, with the experience of the other joint venture partners considered if it is not less than 30 percent of the qualifying criteria.
