The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in similar work, with at least five years of experience inferred from the requirement for financial reports. The bidder should have prior work experience as a prime contractor or nominated sub-contractor, with execution of all main items of work described in the bid document, specifically in works of a similar nature over the last five years and in the current year before the submission of the bid. The value and percentage of similar works completed are: - at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract - at least 90% completion of substantially completed works - 25% of the value of the work during implementation of the contract - 50% of all criteria for the lead partner in a joint venture - 30% of the qualifying criteria for other joint venture partners. The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover in any one year, over the last five years, of the annual value of the contract or contracts applied for. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of similar works of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. Substantially completed works are defined as those that are at least 90% completed. The bidder should provide information on the quantities of work executed, including cement, concrete, masonry, earthworks, and bituminous work, for the years 2019-2020 to 2023-2024, and details of projects completed, including project name, name of the employer, description of work, contract number, value of contract, date of issue of work order, stipulated period of completion, actual date of completion, and remarks explaining reasons for delay. The bidder should also provide information on their bid capacity, including existing commitments and ongoing works, availability of key items of contractors' equipment, qualifications, and experience of key personnel, proposed sub-contract and firms involved, and financial reports for the last five years.
