The bidder should have prior work experience as a prime contractor or nominated sub-contractor, with execution of all main items of work described in the bid document, in the last five years. The experience should include specific details for each year, such as the name of the work, name of the employer, quantity of work performed, and remarks. The bidder should also provide information on the total value of civil engineering constructions worked performed in the last five years, with specific values to be mentioned for each year (in Rs. Lakhs) for 2023-2024, 2022-2023, 2021-2022, 2020-2021, and 2019-2020. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of at least the annual value of the contract or contracts applied for in any one year over the last five years. The bidder should also have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of road works of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. The bidder should provide information on the quantities of work executed, including cement concrete, masonry, earthworks, and bituminous work, with specific quantities to be mentioned for each year. The bidder should also provide information on the value of works remaining to be completed (in Rs. Cr) and the anticipated date of completion. Substantially completed works means those works which are at least 90% completed, with a gross value of work done up to the last date of submission being 90% or more of the original contract price. The bidder is also required to provide an undertaking that their firm would invest a minimum cash up to 25% of the value of the work during implementation of the contract.
