The bidder should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of similar work (i.e., Furniture/interior) of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. The value of the similar work completed should be at least 40 percent of the proposed contract value, which is Rs. 812.81 Lacs for the proposed contract. Substantially completed works mean those works which are at least 90 percent completed as on the date of submission. The bidder should have prior work experience as a prime contractor or as a nominated sub-contractor, with execution of all main items of work described in the bid documents. The experience should be in works of a similar nature over the last five years and in the current year before the submission of the bid. Specifically, the bidder should have general experience of 20 years, with a value of Rs. 20 Crore, and a stipulated period of completion of 20 months. The bidder should also have completed works with the following quantities and values: - Cement concrete: 20 Cum - Masonry: 20 Sqm - Earthworks: 20 Cum - Bituminous work: 20 Km - Value of contracts: Rs. 20 Crore for works completed in the last five years and Rs. 20 Crore for works completed in the current year - Percentage of similar works completed: 20% of the total value of works completed in the last five years and 20% of the total value of works completed in the current year.
