The required prior work experience for the bidder includes the completion of similar works during the last seven years. The bidder must have completed similar works of a certain magnitude, specifically: - THREE SIMILAR WORKS EACH COSTING NOT LESS THAN RS. 2.95 CRORES - OR COMPLETED TWO SIMILAR WORKS EACH COSTING NOT LESS THAN RS. 4.43 CRORES - OR COMPLETED ONE SIMILAR WORK COSTING NOT LESS THAN RS. 5.90 CRORES. The bidder must also have an Average annual financial turnover of RS. 3.70 Crores of Similar works during the immediate last five consecutive financial years. The experience will be evaluated based on the performance report of the similar works, considering factors such as time overrun and quality, with a maximum of 20 marks for experience in eligible similar nature of work during the last seven years. To become eligible for short-listing, the bidder shall secure at least 50% marks in each section, including experience, and 60% marks in aggregate. The value of similar works is required to be mentioned in crores of rupees. The bidder is required to furnish the List of eligible similar works successfully completed during the preceding seven years in ‘Form C’, which includes details such as the name of the work/project, location, cost of work, date of commencement, stipulated date of completion, and actual date of completion. The percentage of similar works completed is not explicitly mentioned, but the bidder must have sufficient experience in eligible similar nature of work during the last seven years to secure at least 50% marks in the experience section. The bidder must have completed at least one project of specialized Multipurpose Training Tower, or attach a copy of the letter of agreement/MOU entered into with the manufacturer/special agency for Multipurpose Training Tower. The bidder shall submit a list of technical and administrative employees stating clearly how these would be involved in this work within 15 days of award of work, and must have sufficient number of technical and administrative employees for proper execution of the Contract. The bidder shall furnish a solvency certificate of value not less than Rs. 2.95 Crores certified by his bankers. The bidder must have one Operational Office in Gujarat. To become eligible for short-listing, the bidder shall secure at least 50 % marks in each section A, B, C, and D and sixty percent marks in aggregate.
