Laminate paneling: Providing & fixing 12mm thick fire retardant marine plywood as per IS 710:2010 and IS 5509:2000 fixed on frame work finish with 1 mm thick laminate. The frame work shall be made from square hollow aluminium anodised section size of 50x50x1.5 mm & 25x50x1.5 mm of approved make conforming to IS code. The framework shall be fixed as per drawing vertically @ 600 mm c/c & horizontal 1200 mm c/c horizontally. All ply/wooden shall be treated with anti- termite treatment . Measurements for paneling work to be recorded upto finished false ceiling level only irrespective of aluminium frame work, which shall be provided from gr. level to RCC slab / beams soffit level. Rates shall also be inclusive of cost of making cut outs/ openings for electrical fixtures, tube lights /air-conditioners ,grills, diffusers etc & providing additional sections for strengthening around the openings/cutouts additional support for fixing of patch fittings for doors, making grooves between wall & board, in filled with termite treated wooden members if required or as per drawing /instruction of EIC. and no extra payment shall be considered for additional sections provided. All curved surfaces, recesses, waffles shall be part of the paneling including openable shutter wherever required area and finished with the same material. Work complete including all type of material,CNC , Engraving, fittings, fixtures, Finish, loading, unloading, transportation, all leads, accessories, groove,adhesive ,tape, headless nails, sample mockup, all floor , all levels, all heights etc complete as per detailed drawings ,specifications & instruction of Client/EIC. only the clear elevation area shall be measured and paid. sample mock shall be approved from Architect/Client. Accoustic Panelling : 9 mm thick Board - Providing and fixing wall acoustical panelling with using CS55 and IC91 framing directly to the wall and then fixing 12.5mm perforated board with the help of screw and using rockwool of 50kg density and 50MM thick between framing and perforated sheet then Fixing Ecotone make Marco polyester fiber acoustic wallpaneling with the specification of 9MM thick having density of1.90kg/m2 with NRC value of 0.80 surface matt finish which is fixed with solution SR505 asrequired. The panel should have euro class BASTME84-13 fire rating. The color shade of Panel as approved by Architect. Including all accessories, material & labor complete as directed by Engineer. Including surface preparation, Including cost of all type of tools, tackles, all labour, scaffolding, transportation, cleaning, at all floor, all level, all depth, all Height, all lead and lift etc. etc. work complete as per the detailed drawing, approved sample, specifications and instruction of Architect/EIC. Sample mock shall be approved from Architect/EIC. Only the clear elevation area shall be measured and paid.

Gypsum panelling: The M/F wall lining includes 12.5mm Gyproc® Quattro Gypsum Board, screw fixed with drywall screws of 25mm at 300mm centers to one side of 45X18X0.5mm Gypliner ceiling channel (0.5mm thick having 18mm flange each made of GI Steel) placed at 600mm center to center in 195X29.5X0.9mm fixing bracket at 900mm c/c with 25X25X0.5mm Gypliner angle at bottom and top of the channel such a manner that joints staggered to avoid leakage through joints. Fixing strip of 75X0.5mm should be installed at horizontal joint of boarding. Finally square and tapered edges of the boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing with Jointing compound and Joint Paper tape. 50mm Glasswool of density 20kg/m3 should be placed in metal frame.Necessary fabrication with anticorrosive paint work , scaffolding, anchor fasting , bolting HILTI or equivalent make with testing certified in scope of contractor)Rate shall include cost of making of all cut-outs for light fixtures, switchboards gadgets, gizmo, pelmets, grooves, beads cut out as per EIC instruction at siteThe rate shall be in sq.mt for all floors and at all heights including all costs.
