The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing similar works of a certain magnitude within the last seven years. The bidder must have completed: - THREE SIMILAR WORKS EACH COSTING NOT LESS THAN RS. 2.00 CRORES - OR COMPLETED TWO SIMILAR WORKS EACH COSTING NOT LESS THAN RS. 3.00 CRORES - OR COMPLETED ONE SIMILAR WORK COSTING NOT LESS THAN RS. 4.00 CRORES. The evaluation of the bidder's experience will be done based on the documents submitted, with a maximum of 20 marks for experience in eligible similar nature of work during the last seven years. To achieve 50% marks, the bidder must meet the minimum eligibility criteria, while 100% marks are awarded for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more. In between these two, marks are awarded on a pro-rata basis. The bidder should have experience in eligible similar nature of work during the last seven years, with a minimum of 50% marks required for eligibility. The bidder shall secure at least 50% marks in each section, including section B which deals with experience, and sixty percent marks in aggregate to become eligible for short-listing. Specific values and percentages of similar works completed, such as amount and percentage, are mentioned as follows: - 50% marks required for minimum eligibility criteria - 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more - 60% marks in aggregate required for short-listing. Additionally, the bidder needs to submit Certificates of Works Experience and Details of eligible works of similar nature completed & project specific work during the last seven years. Average value of performance of works for time overrun and quality shall be taken on the basis of performance report of these works, in case of eligible similar works being more than one.
