The bidder should have successful experience as a prime contractor or as a nominated sub-contractor, with at least one work having updated completion. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed or substantially completed work similar to the proposed work during the last five financial years, with substantially completed works meaning those works which are at least 90% completed. For the lead partner in a joint venture, the minimum threshold for similar work updated cost is Rs. 58.20 Crores (minimum 30% of estimated cost), and for another member, it is Rs. 39.58 Crores (minimum 20.4% of estimated cost). The bidder should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract RCC Frame Structure building (G+1) at the proposed contract within the last five years. The value of work will be considered equivalent to the amount of TDS Certificates. The bidder should submit certificates from the client's organization, with the value of work considered equivalent to the amount of TDS Certificates. The bidder should have experience in similar nature of work, which should be supported by certificates issued by the client's organization, not from less than an Executive Engineer or equivalent. The bidder should have completed or substantially completed work similar to the proposed work, with a minimum updated completion cost of Rs. 58.20 Crores (30% of estimated cost) for the lead member and Rs. 39.58 Crores (20.4% of estimated cost) for another member. The bidder should have experience in the last five financial years, with a minimum threshold of similar work updated cost of Rs. 58.20 Crores (30% of estimated cost) for the lead member and Rs. 39.58 Crores (20.4% of estimated cost) for another member. Additionally, the bidder should have experience with any other RCC frame (non-industrial) structure (G+1) building experience in the last 5 financial years, or the construction of an Institutional building / Government building comprising the construction of a multistoried RCC framed structure having G+1 Story & above, which is also considered similar work. The bidder should also provide information on the total value of Civil engineering constructions Work performed in the last five/ seven years. A solvency certificate of an Amount of 20% (Twenty Percent) of estimated cost put to tender is also required. The bidder should have access to, or have available, liquid assets (aggregate of working capital, cash in hand and uncommitted bank guarantees) and/or credit facilities up to 25 percent of the value of the contract/contracts applied, i.e., Rs. 1.68 Crore.
