The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Project Manager: 15 years of experience in construction work or M.E. with 10 years of experience. - Project Engineer: 10 years of experience. - Sr. Civil Engineer: 7 years of experience in construction works or M.E. with 5 years of experience. - Jr. Civil Engineer: 3 years of experience in construction works. - Sr. MEPF Engineer: 7 years of experience in construction works. - Sr. Electrical Engineer: 7 years of experience in construction works. - Jr. Electrical Engineer: 3 years of experience in construction works. - Sr. Mechanical Engineer: 5 years of experience in construction works. The bidder should have completed similar works, with details to be provided, including: - Name of work - Estimated cost of work - Revised estimated cost - Tender amount - Date of starting and completion of work - Actual completion amount - Breakdown of costs for different components of the work The bidder should also provide information on the value of civil engineering construction work performed in the last five/seven years, with a breakdown by year and supporting documents. The bidder is required to have prior work experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of similar nature, specifically building works, industrial shed, or Godown with self-supported Galvalume roofing. The contract should be of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract, which is Rs. 2.89 crore. The substantially completed works should be at least 90% completed as on the date of submission. For joint ventures, the lead member should have an updated completion cost of at least Rs. 10.60 crores, and the other member should have an updated completion cost of at least Rs. 7.20 crores. A certificate from the employer shall be submitted along with the application, incorporating clearly the name of the work, contract value, billing amount, date of commencement of works, satisfactory performance of the contractor, and any other relevant information. The bidder should propose the structure and composition of the team dedicated to carrying out the assignment, including key personnel, technical and support staff, and their deployment details. The bidder should also provide a bank certificate, stating that the bank will provide overdraft/credit facilities to the extent of a specified amount to meet the working capital requirements for executing the work during the contract period. The annual turnover of the bidder should be more than Rs. 7.88 crore, and in the case of a joint venture, the lead partner should have an annual turnover of not less than Rs. 18.00 crore, and the other partner should have an annual turnover of not less than Rs. 10.60 crore. The joint venture should collectively have an annual turnover of not less than Rs. 35.30 crore. The value of the similar work should be at least Rs. 2.89 crore, which is 40% of the amount put to tender of the proposed work. The work should have been completed or substantially completed within the last five financial years. The bidder should provide details of similar works completed, including the amount and percentage of work done.
