The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in construction of prefab steel structure or composite structure comprising steel structure and RCC structure of Ground Floor and above, including HVAC, Electrical, Lift, ELV, Water Supply, and drainage & Sanitary works. The bidder should have experience in similar nature work, with the value of such work considered for qualification. The bidder must have successful experience in completing or substantially completing at least one work of Prefaab Structure or composite Structure comprising Steel structure and RCC structure of Ground Floor and above of at least 40 percent of the estimated value (2.89 crore) within the last seven years. As a prime contractor or as a nominated sub-contractor, the bidder must have completed at least one similar work with an updated completion cost of not less than Rs. 2.89 crore, which is 40% of the amount put to tender for the proposed work. This work must have been completed or substantially completed within the last five financial years. For joint ventures, the qualifying threshold amount of updated completion cost is as follows: - Lead Member: Rs. 10.60 Crores (75% of the amount mentioned, which is 30% of the amount put to tender) - Other Member: Rs. 7.20 Crores (51% of the amount mentioned, which is 20.4% of the amount put to tender) The bidder should have a minimum annual financial turnover of more than Rs. 7.22 Crore in any one year, over the last five years, in civil engineering construction works. For a Joint Venture, the Lead Partner must have an updated annual turnover of not less than Rs. 18.00 Crores. Substantially completed works mean those works which are at least 90% completed as on the date of submission. The bidder's available bid capacity is calculated based on the maximum value of work executed in any one year during the last five financial years, taking into account completed as well as works in progress. The assessed available bid capacity is calculated as (A*N*2-B), where A is the maximum value of work executed, N is the number of years prescribed for completion of the works, and B is the value of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the next 12 months. The bidder should also provide information on the total value of civil engineering constructions work performed in the last five/seven years, with a breakdown of the work done value for each year. The specific percentage of similar works completed is 40% of the estimated value, and the amount is 2.89 crore. The annual turnover requirement is more than Rs. 7.22 Crore for a single bidder, with specific requirements for joint ventures: the Lead Partner must have an updated annual turnover of not less than Rs. 18.00 Crores (51% of X), and the other partner must have an updated annual turnover of not less than Rs. 10.60 Crores (30% of X), with the joint venture collectively having an updated annual turnover of not less than Rs. 35.30 Crores.
