Past Performance: - The past performance of the bidder is considered, with a weightage of 50%. - The Bidder or its OEM {themselves or through re-seller(s)} should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 50% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - 50% of bid quantity - 3 Financial years - 2 Years of experience required for same/similar service - 50% and 20% local content for Class 1 and Class 2 Local Suppliers, respectively - 15% and 20% price bands for MSE and Make in India preferences, respectively - 25% of the bid quantity and contracted quantity Technical certifications required by the bidder to participate in this tender are: - Certificate from the OEM regarding the percentage of local content and details of locations where local value addition is made - Documentary evidence in the form of certified Audited Balance Sheets or a certificate from the Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant - Undertaking to be uploaded by the bidder to avail purchase preference as an MSE - Generic Data Sheet of the product(s) offered in the bid - BIS licence - Type test certificate - Approval certificates - Material Test Certificate - Test Reports of CCTV Cameras and Video Recorders - Malicious Code Certificate - OEM Authorization Certificate - Valid BIS certificate as per IS 13252 under Compulsory Registration Scheme (CSR) for the Video Recorder For CCTV System (V2)
