The required prior work experience for the bidder includes substantially completing work(s) with a completion date falling during the last seven years. The specific requirements are: - At least one “similar work” of value INR 1,81,71,139/- or more. - OR two “similar works” each of value INR 1,21,14,092/- or more. - OR three “similar works” each of value INR 90,85,569/- or more. The “similar works” are defined as any housekeeping work and/or pantry services. Substantially completed means where 80% payment of the contract value has been received. For evaluation, only the work experience of substantial partners (those with a 26% or more share in the JV/Consortium) will be considered. Each substantial partner in a Joint Venture (JV)/Consortium should have experience of executing at least one "similar work" of minimum 30% of the NIT value in the last 07 years. The value of substantially completed portions of ongoing work up to the last day of the month previous to the month of tender submission will also be considered. Completed works' values will be updated to the last day of the month previous to the month of tender submission price level, assuming 3% inflation for Indian Rupees every year. In the case of a Joint Venture (JV) or Consortium with foreign partners, the foreign partner must have executed works of total value INR 90,85,569 or more outside their country. The lead partner must have a minimum of 40% participation in the JV/Consortium. Non-substantial partners should have a minimum of 20% participation and experience of executing at least one Civil and Electrical work of minimum 20% of the NIT value in the last 07 years. The average annual turnover from Housekeeping work of the last five financial years should be more than INR 90,85,569/-. The average annual turnover of JV/Consortium will be based on the percentage participation of each member.
