The bidder is required to have prior work experience of executing civil engineering constructions. The total value of civil engineering constructions work performed in the last five years should be mentioned. The bidder should have completed works of a similar nature over the last five years, with a value of at least 20 points. The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of Rs. ---- Crore for works in progress and completed in all classes of civil engineering construction works in any one year, over the last five financial years. The bidder should also have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of similar work of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five financial years. Substantially completed works mean those works which are at least 90 % completed as on the date of submission. For joint ventures, the lead partner should meet not less than 50 percent of all criteria, and the joint venture must collectively satisfy the criteria. The experience of the other joint venture partners shall be considered if it is not less than 30 percent of the qualifying criteria. The bidder should have completed works of a similar nature, with a value of at least 50% of the estimated project cost for the lead partner, and at least 30% for the other joint venture partners.
