The bid capacity required in terms of financial criteria for the tender can be summarized as follows: - Minimum turnover of `Rs. 119.00 lakhs` in any one year over the last five financial years. - Minimum experience in similar nature of work valued at `Rs. 118.00 lakhs`. Additionally, the bid capacity required includes information on existing commitments, ongoing works, and anticipated completion dates, which are: * Existing commitments and on-going works * Description of works * Place * Contract No. * Name & Address of Employer * Contract Value (Rs. Cr) * Stipulated Period of Completion * Value of Works remaining to be completed (Rs. Cr) * Anticipated date of completion The multiplying factors for different financial years are provided to adjust the financial figures of the applicant's previous works to the base year of inviting tender. The bid capacity is also dependent on the annual financial turnover, experience in similar work, completion of principal items of work, and financial position. The annual financial turnover requirement is a minimum of `Rs.1.49 Crore` for works in progress and completed in all classes of civil engineering construction works in any one year, over the last five financial years. The experience in similar work requirement is successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of similar work of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five financial years, which means a minimum of `Rs.85.00 lacs`. The completion of principal items of work requirement is completing 60% of the quantity of principal items of work like concrete, earthwork, pipeline, pumping station, etc. within the last five financial years. The financial position requirement is having access to, or having available, liquid assets (aggregate of working capital, cash in hand, and uncommitted bank guarantees) and/or credit facilities up to 25 percent of the value of the contract/contracts applied.
