The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of Rs. 780 lakhs for works in progress and completed in all classes of civil engineering construction works in any one year, over the last five Financial years. The bidder should also have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of similar work like Bridge Rs.520.00 Lakhs of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last Five financial years. Substantially completed works mean those works which are at least 90 % completed as on the date of submission. Additionally, the bidder should have at least 5 years of experience in civil engineering works and a project manager with not less than 5 years of experience in managing construction in the field of civil engineering works. The bidder should provide evidence of having adequate experience in mobilizing equipment and personnel for large-value contracts and in the time schedule. The value of similar works completed is Rs.520.00 Lakhs, and the percentage is at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract. The percentage of substantially completed works is at least 90 %.
