The required prior work experience for the bidder is that they should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of Rs. 13.39 Crore for works in progress and completed in all classes of civil engineering construction works in any one year, over the last five financial years. The bidder should also have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of similar work of at least Rs. 4.91 Crore within the last five financial years. Substantially completed works means those works which are at least 90 % completed. The bidder should have completed 60 % quantity of principal items of work like concrete, earthwork, pipeline, pumping station etc. within last five years. The bidder should have completed 60% of the quantity of principal items of concrete work within the last five financial years. The value of similar works completed should be at least 60% of the quantity of principal items of concrete work. The bidder should provide information on the total value of civil engineering constructions work performed in the last five years, with a specific mention of the value of contracts and the quantity of work performed. The bidder should have access to liquid assets or credit facilities up to 25 percent of the value of the contract. The bidder should provide an undertaking that they have the necessary financial resources to complete the contract. The bidder should demonstrate the soundness of their financial position, with an audited balance sheet for the last five years showing long-term profitability, including an estimated financial projection for the next two years. The bidder should provide information on any litigation or arbitration resulting from contracts completed or under execution over the last five financial years. The bidder should provide a detailed list of projects, including the name of the project, the name of the employer, the description of work, the contract number, the value of the contract, and the stipulated period of completion. In terms of specific values, the bidder should have a minimum annual financial turnover of Rs. 13.39 Crore, and should have completed at least one contract of similar work of at least Rs. 4.91 Crore. The bidder should have access to liquid assets or credit facilities up to 25 percent of the value of the contract. If the bidder fails to supply "as-built" drawings, they will be required to pay Rs 2.00 Lakhs. The Employer's additional cost for completing the works will be 20 percent of the value of the work not completed.
